When we began our journey to create Solace we had one main goal. Our goal was to build, not just a salon and spa, but an experience; an escape where beauty and well-being converged. We wanted to create a destination spa experience that would be part of everyday life; a spa and salon devoted to bring visitors and locals back into balance with quality products and “high-touch” services.
The core of Solace is a unique team of talented professionals with a genuine passion for helping people improve their inner and outer well-being; while using nature-based products that have minimal impact on the environment.
Reservations ~
Appointments are required for spa services, but walk-ins are also
welcome, and we will do our best to accommodate you. To secure your
appointment, a credit card number is required at the time of booking.
For spa therapies, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment
to take a shower, relax, enjoy a complimentary cup of tea or calm
your soul. To help create the most relaxing atmosphere possible, we ask that you do not bring children, unless they have a scheduled appointment for services.
Cancellation Policy ~
The services you’ve selected are reserved especially for you with
one of our professional. A 24 hour cancellation notice is kindly
requested to avoid any charges. Cancellations of less than 8 hours
will be charged 50% of service booked. No shows will be charged 100%
of services booked.
Gratuities
~
Appreciation for your professional staff member is at your discretion,
18-20% is customary for exceptional service.
Gift Certificates ~
Gift Certificates are ideal as a thank you, or for any occasion. They are available for all packages, individual services, or any dollar amount.
Guarantee ~
Our Solace team strives to meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, you must call to reschedule within 7 days of your service. We will do our best to serve your needs. |
